At least one person working for the Town of Apple Valley keeps a close eye on these videos, because some of the issues are addressed within days of being made public. The question is: Why does the Town ignore some of the huge maintenance issues Henard has discovered? The only one who might know is Frank Robinson, and he’s not talking. (Seems to be some kind of breakdown of communication.)
Here’s just one instance that shows that the Town knows about the issues raised in these videos, but chooses to ignore many (if not most) of them.
